At Influxe Capital Ltd, we are driven by a bold mission: to facilitate the inflow of diaspora capital into transformative projects that spark innovation, growth, and opportunities across Africa.
Founded by Amadou Chico Cissoko, our work began in Guinea, The Gambia and Southern Senegal with the launch of a pioneering and integrated Pineapple Investment Project across West Africa, fully funded by a community of African Diaspora and executed by a portfolio of companies in Guinea (Fabik Farms) and The Gambia (Pina Gambia).
In partnership with Dr. Esther Muchemi CEO of the SAMCHI Group, we facilitate market access, provide reliable intelligence, and broker strategic deals between African Diaspora, Global Investors and leading Kenyan corporates, SMEs and startups.
The SAMCHI GROUP is a diversified portfolio of 12 retail businesses spanning from telecoms, food and hospitality, finance, real estate, property management and development, agriculture, entertainment, media, education and technology. With more than 25 years experience and +600 employees, the group has largely contributed to transforming the Kenyan economy.
Dr. Esther is the world’s first Mpesa user and agent. She built her first company alongside Safaricom, East Africa’s leading Telecom. She was first to establish the largest Mpesa agent network in Kenya, with 60 shops in strategic and high traffic locations across the country. Esther was recognized by People Daily Kenya as one of the top 10 most influential business leaders in Kenya in 2025.

Amadou Chico Cissoko is a visionary entrepreneur, world class communicator, and systems strategist driving Pan-African prosperity through investment, innovation, and leadership.
As Founder of Influxe Capital, he mobilizes diaspora capital and public-private partnerships to transform business ecosystems across Africa.
His pioneering ventures span agribusiness, education, Luxury design, and community empowerment in Guinea, Kenya, and The Gambia—where he has launched the country’s first, integrated pineapple investment initiative.
A Mandela Washington Fellow recognized by President Barack Obama, Chico is a 3xTEDx speaker, Serial Entrepreneur and inspirational leader who has trained thousands of Africa’s most promising young leaders.
Former Lead Business & Entrepreneurship Facilitator for the YALI Regional Leadership Centers in Nairobi and Accra, covering 23 countries in East, Central and West Africa, Amadou Chico has a large rolodex of high achieving and influential business leaders across continent.

Recognized as one of the top 10 most influential Kenyan Business leaders in 2025, Dr. Esther Muchemi leads the Samchi Group, a diversified conglomerate spanning telecommunications, microfinance, hospitality, real estate, restaurants, Agriculture, and ICT. She founded Samchi Telecom in 2000 as Kenya’s first M-Pesa agent, playing a key role in the mobile money revolution that transformed financial access for millions.
From that single shop, Esther began expanding her vision into the largest network of Safaricom Mobile Money agencies across Kenya. Under Samchi Group, she built multiple successful ventures: Jumbo Communications, Forward Airtime and Mergut Telecoms in the telecom sector; Samchi Credit in microfinance; After 40 Hotel and Heavenly Wings in hospitality; and El-Roi Plaza, Absa Towers and Samchi Heights in real estate and more. Each company reflected her deep understanding of Kenya’s growing middle class and her commitment to excellence, service and innovation.
Her companies create hundreds of jobs and support local economies. Dr. Muchemi earned multiple awards, including the 2017 Global Inspiration Women Leadership Award and a spot in Amazon’s 100 Global Women Leaders Hall of Fame.
